Terms of Trade
For orders directly from the CraftWeb, by phone, mail or on the website, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and return it within 14 days of receipt and in a resale-able condition, it will be replaced or payment refunded in full.
All complaints will be dealt with quickly and fairly. CraftWeb orders will be dispatched within 5 working days, where the goods are in stock. If the goods are not available within the 5 days, you will be advised immediately by phone or email, when you can expect delivery. Orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch. Cancellations must be advised promptly by email or phone. If the order has already been dispatched the goods may be returned, in a resale-able condition to be credited (freight charges will not be credited).
WHOLESALE/RETAILERS
Our Terms of Trade are printed on Account Application form. There is a minimum amount required for initial orders and we require pre-payment on first orders. Credit arrangements will be offered at our discretion.
All transactions are billed in New Zealand Dollars.
